Install wall brackets (this operation can be done during construction or renovation before installing the exterior covering for better waterproofing). These brackets are adjustable to fit any wall coverings.
Attach an L-beam to the wall bracket.
Assemble the aluminum frame by fixing the pre-installed corners on the L-beams, tighten the bolts. The corners have an anchor plate to accommodate the posts for the guardrails.
Position the pre-cut joists on the positioning bearing seats and slide the retaining keys (exclusive to Simple Deck)
Secure soffit retainer tabs to joists. Secure the tabs in the first notch to easily insert the soffit later.
Slide the pre-cut soffit panels under the tabs.
Fully engage the soffit retainer tabs using a mallet or hammer.
